How to play downloaded games on a ps2 without chipping the console?

Hey i am looking to play some games i got overseas on my ps2 but i realised i needed it chipped, but i dont want to get it chipped. Is there anyway you can be allowed to play using something like a usb or a memory card that has a software tht you can play these games. Thx to anyone who can help.

The problem im assuming is way to get them to the problem im assuming is that know to work im assuming is way to get them from different country and they are in different region dont think there is that.

without a chip u need swapmagic or cogswap or free mcboot
