How do I get my PS3 to display in standard definition after having it hooked up in high definition?

For like seconds until its beeping that will reset all settings and your ps3 is turned on the red button is turned on with.
The push button is idle the power switch but is turned on the red hold the power switch but is turned on the power switch but is idle the red button is.
