LOL. Sorry, but you can’t turn it off. It’s quite rude, I know.

For the first workout each day you will make appropriate or inappropriately rude noises when you weigh but it off but it will not have to deal with the first workout each day you will.
For the workouts you how much you skip the first workout each day you weigh but it will not have to deal with the board for the first workout each.

When you start it up go straight to training, skip the balance test.
